4.2. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

  • You acknowledge that you will not use our Service to download, store, or distribute any digital files that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights.
  • You acknowledge that you will not use our Service to download, store, or distribute any illegal content, including but not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any files depicting or promoting illegal acts.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding online conduct and digital trust.
  • You will not attempt to disrupt, attack, or compromise the integrity of our Service or infrastructure through any means, such as denial-of-service attacks, or attempt to bypass any security measures or usage limits we have put in place.

4.3. Restrictions on Use

To ensure fair use for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Account Sharing: Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared with any other individual.
  • Generated Link Sharing: Links generated by our service are for your personal use and may not be publicly or privately shared or redistributed.
  • Automated or Professional Use: The use of dedicated servers, remote uploading scripts, multiple accounts for a single user, and any other professional or automated use is forbidden unless explicitly permitted by us in writing.

Failure to comply with any of these terms will result in the permanent suspension of your account without notice or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content present on the DebridNOX website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of DebridNOX or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, whether partial or total, of this content is strictly prohibited without the express written agreement of the owners.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Compensation

6.1. Refund Policy

A full refund can be requested within 14 days of the initial payment, provided the account has not been used. An "unused" account is defined as an account from which no files have been downloaded and no links have been generated. Any transaction fees or costs associated with processing the refund are the responsibility of the User and may be deducted from the refund amount.

6.2. Service Downtime Compensation

If the Service is completely unavailable for a continuous period of more than one (1) hour, Premium users may be eligible for compensation. This compensation will be in the form of an extension to their Premium subscription time, equivalent to the duration of the unavailability. Eligibility for compensation is determined at our sole discretion and must be requested by the user.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DebridNOX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL DebridNOX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
